The Community section represents all participants in a live stream. This includes:
Streamer – The content creator hosting the stream.
Moderators – members managing the chat and enforcing guidelines.
Viewers – Audience members watching and interacting with the stream.
Streamers have the option to hide their viewers from the Community section. This setting provides greater control over audience visibility and privacy.
To hide viewers in the Community section:
In the app, select Account in the top-right.
Click Settings in your dashboard.
Toggle Enable viewers to change the viewer visibility.
Moderators play an important role in maintaining a healthy and engaging chat environment. Streamers can assign or remove moderators using specific Chat Commands.
To Add Moderator, use the /mod username command to grant privileges.
To Remove Moderator, use the /unmod username command to revoke privileges.
